About the Journal
Focus and Scope
Revista Nutrición Continua is the official scientific publication of the Centro de Investigación y Nutrición Continua (CINC). Founded in 2025, it serves as a strategic platform for knowledge mobilization and multidisciplinary collaboration within the health sector. Our mission is to disseminate cutting-edge research in clinical nutrition, basic and applied sciences, and innovation, acting as a technical bridge between scientific evidence and professional practice. We invite the scientific community to contribute original works, review articles, and clinical cases that drive high-impact academic transformation.
Revista Nutrición Continua accepts original contributions, review articles, and clinical cases focused on the following research lines:

Maternal and Child Nutrition: Including nutrition during pregnancy, postpartum, and pediatric nutrition.

Peer Review Process
The integrity of our publications is sustained by a rigorous double-blind peer review system. This process ensures that both author and reviewer identities remain strictly anonymous, guaranteeing an impartial evaluation based solely on scientific quality and methodological soundness.
Diamond Open Access Policy
Revista Nutrición Continua adheres to the Diamond Open Access model, considering scientific knowledge a public good. We do not charge article processing charges or submission fees to authors. All content is available free of charge and permanently from the moment of publication.

Revista Nutrición Continua is an official publication of the Centro de Investigación y Nutrición Continua (CINC). The journal holds the Certificate of Reservation of Rights for Exclusive Use No. 04-2025-070816594600-102, granted by the National Institute of Copyright (INDAUTOR) in Mexico.
In support of the global mobilization of scientific knowledge, RNC adopts a Diamond Open Access model. Authors retain their copyright and full publishing rights without restrictions, granting the journal the right of first publication.
All content is distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license. This license allows others to remix, adapt, and build upon the work for non-commercial purposes, provided the original source and authorship are properly credited.
Archiving and Digital Preservation
